no i'm really serious, apart from the ones i tried with the recipes i got from the net, the only other one is, instead of using other proteins, try using ox&palm.

Macroni, cheese, and ox&palm or spaghetti are the base ingredients, fresh lemon juice, tomatoes with green chilies, etc..u can add that in. Just be creative, but make sure ox&palm is in.

I usually just test, if it works out on my taste buds, i know my family will like it.

Try all the ingredients that novice suggested on a bed of mashed potatoes put in the oven for 10 mins or so. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.

I boil a home brand packet of small shell pasta, in a pan fry some finely chopped garlic, onion and bacon, fry till flavour has infused and colour is changing on the onion, you then pour in a 500ml bottle of cream and bring to the boil, allow to simmer for a few minutes to thicken the sauce, if not thick enough thicken with corn flour, then pour in the well drained pasta and stir, can be eaten from the pot or baked in the oven with grated cheese on top. Serve with lean grilled steak and some greens ( cabbage or brocolli )
