Cook 3 sliced red onions in 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tabelspoon of brown sugar over a low heat stiring often for 10 minutes,
Combine 500g beef mince with 2 cloves of crushed garlic 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce and 1/2 a cup of chopped fresh parsley and 2 teaspoons of mild mustard.
Shape into patties ( about 4 ) BBQ over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, serve with char grilled bread salad and perpared onions
