The Willoughby Spit area had extensive flooding die to tidal flooding and the wind damage that we all had bu the spit is still intact now with power. I'm thinking of driving through it this weekend to take a look.
Talked to a patient today about Fort Monroe, it was devistated. Apparently you still can't get onto Dog Beach.
