Hello to everyone. I was just browsing the site hoping to find some updated addresses and phone numbers. Tom and I recently moved from Williamsburg to Smithfield to open up our own practice. It has been a big leap of faith but we are already happier in our jobs. We are looking forward to actually bringing home a paycheck one day soon. Our practice is "Family Medical Care of Smithfield". We have three beautiful children - twins, Christopher and Caroline, who will be 3 in August, and Abby who was born in MArch, now 3 mos old. Dan Montero is right - parenting is harder than residency - but the rewards are amazing. Dan, we enjoyed seeing you at the conference in Williamsburg. Andrea and Joe will be in town in July. They are living in California. They are Christopher and Caroline's Godparents - we desparately wish they would move back to VA!! They have an adorable son, Michael. We also ran into Becky Caperton Britt at Match Day this year - she is now an attending in the surgery dep't at EVMS - seems weird, huh? I wonder if she is as tough on the students as Dr. Britt??
