Carissa's ugly picture is exposed by the vengeful Morita to the public! Not content with the damage she's done, Morita tells everyone that the Alicia they're seeing is not really Alicia, but an imposter named Carissa, a monkey-looking woman who was operated upon by no other than Hugo Roldan! Hugo of course denies the accusation, and leads his wife out of the chaotic scene, as the press already flocked to them! Outside, Morita taunts Hugo further, telling him that she will not be outdone, as there are other ways to prove Alicia's real identity!
Enraged, Hugo fires Rose, saying that he needs to cut off Morita's financial support in order to stop her from causing further damage! Rose, unaware of what her sister has done, is surprised, as Hugo adds that he and his wife will cut off their connections with them, and throws her out of his house! As she packs her bags, Alicia enters the room, and Rose tells her that she can find a way to annul her marriage with Hugo, as all they need to do is steal Simon Pedrosa's money by liquidating everything that is under his will! Rose then spills the beans on Carissa: Hugo had a fight with Dr. Pedrosa before, causing the latter to have a heart attack. A pissed Hugo refuses to give him medicine, and just proceeds to watch Dr. Simon Pedrosa die on the spot! Rose witnesses all of this, and tells Hugo to just steal all of Dr. Pedrosa's money, even getting Dr. Pedrosa's attorney as an accomplice!
Shocked, Carissa tells everything to Mendez! Meanwhile, Rose pays Morita a visit, and tells her that Hugo has driven her out of the house as well! Unaware of what's happening lately, Rose gets informed by her little sister about Alicia's true identity! Surprised, Rose asks her sister why did she inform her about this just now, when she just told Carissa everything about Dr. Simon Pedrosa's money! On the other hand, an enraged Mendez beats Hugo in his house, and finally tells Hugo his real identity: he's Simon Pedrosa's son!

pero naawa din ako k doc hugo, in love lang naman sya kaya nagkaganyan sya 'no? at tama din sya na 'di nya pinatay ang mga pasyente, mahina lang katawan nila at di nila kinaya surgery. ganun talaga, risky talaga magpaganda hihihi..e gusto nyo gumanda, so magdusa kayo pag di nyo kayanin, di ba? makontento na lang kasi sa bigay ng Dyos sa yo para mabuhay pa ng mahaba! LOL!
