It's been a long time since I've posted comments on this webpage...I totally agree with you. I've watched alot of Filipino movies lately, but Gulong is still my favourite of them all. Don't know why, may be it was the story line, or the talented actors. Kristine & TJ were really really awesome in that series. It was like a "give it all" sort of stuff. It was the best that I've ever seen in any series. As you see I'm not Filipino nor part Asian, but I fell inlove with these two actors.
Hope ABS-CBN can repeat history in giving these two something more powerful, and more rewarding. Kristine & TJ did the best in whatever jobs they've given to do. Kristine's beautiful face and talents can easily find herself a high spot in everywhere she goes. She can kiss on screen and it is a satisfaction of the viewers seeing their favourite characters did that, which is very rare in Filipino series, coz of some actor's commitment to their real life partners !!!! A peck on the lips is enough for us viewers. Her God given beauty and acting talents makes herself one of the BEST actors of all times. I've read that TJ's movie career has just established.. But to me he was born as an actor, natural and confident actor. Anway thank you for allowing me to scribble on this webpage and my good news a new Filipino Shop just opened in Auckland New Zealand, has got all the latest TV Series from the Philippines...which is really great...Looking forward to see the availability of their products online so that I can order from it, and guarantee I will get my copies of all your TV series on time, and in good condition.

There is a Gulong Fans page on BEBO..people are logging in to share their views and thoughts of GULONG. It might be an old series to you guys, but to us here in the OCEANIA it is fresh and new...At the World Youth Day Sydney in July 08, I've met alot of Filipinos, from all over the world. There were Filipinos from the Philippines, America, all parts of Australia, and a group of Filipinos from our Wellington Diocese.

I LEFT PINAS FOR ALMOST 26 YEARS NOW AND I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO KNOW ALL THESE NEW STARS. YES THEY ARE REALLY GOOD COUPLE. THE BEST I HAVE SEEN IN ALL FIL MOVIES. Honestly I can't understand what is the logic behind ABS CBN's think tank. Here's a succesful tandem even without hype and gimmicks, they obviously have worldwide fan base, they are both willing and available to work together, they have wonderful rapport and working dynamics and not to mention their hot onscreen chemistry, but why is ABS CBN not tapping their potentials???
For the life of me, I just don't get!

exactly! that's been puzzling to me too.
BTW, what's Ms. Anabelle Rama up to as far as Tj's career is concerned? After that hype and few releases about him changing manager, she is now nowhere in sight - we have not heard from her camp nor Tj's ...Tj's fans are just concern. I am sure she is aware that actors when they are out of sight they are out of mind. Tj needs to be visible onscreens!
wow gulong made waves on countries that it was shown - NZ, Fiji and all over !even in malaysia and africa - people were drawn to it. of course tfc viewers went crazy about tjtin! a follow up soap is long over due - hope we'll get that soon!
