Tom>maybe an et could be coupled with a minimum or maximum MPH, like 6.20 class 107MPH MAX or your busted. Or 100MPH Minimum or you're through or some combination of both. AND OF COURSE, ZERO ELECTRONICS! (how about mechanical tach only, or better still....POINTS AND NO ECU!)
