The mph requirement shouldn't be a deal breaker, one way or the other. My thought was that it might be a factor that kept someone away that was used to the typical bracket strategy. I also figured it wouldn't make much sense to build in extra hp if there were no timed air/electronic throttle stop to make use of it. As long as somebody will run in the class and it helps create some spectator interest, I'm for it.
