Treaded tires are the weapon at the MID ATLANTIC STREET RACING ASSOCIATION's CAPITOL PUNISHMENT RADIAL STREET SHOOTOUT on Friday May 05, 2000 at Capitol Raceway in Crofton Maryland. If you have radial tires and want to show the masses what the treads are capable of come on out on friday. Gates open at 5:00 p.m., first round of qualifying at 6:30 p.m., second at 7:10 p.m. Eliminations at 8:00 p.m. $25.00 to race, $10.00 to spectate.
