Since Tom396 brought up the below topic, it got me thinking about this subject. I have always heard that if your tires spin at the line, that your mph will be higher at the end of the track. I understand the idea of the car getting a slower start and making a harder charge on the top end. Has anybody been able to show this to be true or not and by how much it affects your mph...I suppose it depends on how bad your spin? :)
