About 10 years ago I was racing a Super Comp style dragster that would pickup 1.5 to 2 m.p.h. if it spun up. It had 14 x 32's on it though (which grow a lot). It did not spin very often though. Car ran 8.40's/8.50's with no stop most of the time. - Aaron
