First get the thing running first. The concrete for aprox 1/2 mile is about 80-90000. That was 2 years ago. (mom works for a concrete company). The actual construction of the track is about 100000. Ok we are at approx 800000 left. I would get my dad, my brother and I to do the buildings since we do that stuff all the time and my brother owns a building and remodeling company. Cost of only materials. (starting small). We will say 60,000 air conditioning for the announcers, concession stand and bathroom in same building. ( that figure is extremely conservative. )
Pits i don't know about paving it maybe paved roads and concrete pit pads (where you park your race car to service it between rounds) and then later pave the whole thing.
Then go to local buisinesses and hound them until they advertise on the retaining wall and fencing, and anywhere else i can stick a sign without obstructing view. Put that money back into the fray and get insurance. Screw sanctioning until It makes some money and can be brought up to division points level.
Build a small play ground for the kiddies to get them out of the way of cars With wood donated by a local building supply company with a swap in advertising cost. My brother and i will build it and have his rug rats test it.
Alot of stuff can be built with donated materials from local companies if you bargain the right way for advertising and so on.
I have plenty of ideas but They are too long. I wished someone would give me a million dollars. The only concern I would have is the land and insurance. The land and insurance would be the limiting factors.
