Bill...I am in complete agreement and as frustrated as you are. I too WD FM and all you say is true.
Maybe, if OWEN doesn't mind it, we could use this forum to SHARE information about alternate vendors for all FM related parts, and soften the blow of their policies, pricing structor, and prepare for the inevitable!
