Interesting post. Next time I get to a test and tune night I'll run with the Pro tree cars and see how I do, the lights I get. My car does a 1.75-1.80 60' and leaves pretty hard for a street car (my wifes RACE car we've talked about does 1.65). I suspect your right though, there's no way to cut a light against a transbrake car with a footbraker unless you deep stage. The only way to see is if interested racers try it on a test and tune night where they can make multiple runs.
