I've set up an Excel(95) spreadsheet that does the math for you. I have a link to it on my web page. Anyone with a laptop could manually type in the numbers off the time slip. The program determines what adjustments need to be made and explains the reasons for the changes (if any) in your index. I would expect that a group would be organized in advance and could test this system on a test and tune day. This is what I'm planning to do. I have been too busy to do this myself this year. But I'm actively gathering potential participants when the time comes.
PS I'm not a fan of your worst red opinion but I would have no problem with it if it would bring serious attention to my system. I get the head start about as much as I give one.
