Which strip, within 500 miles, do you most want to stay open?

This is merely a positive, and hopefully pleasant, conversation starter. No need to read anything else into it, cause it isn't there.
Think for a moment of all the dragstrips that are located within 500 miles of your current home. If tomorrow, all of them were to disappear, except a single one, which one would you want it to be? You can't change it's location. You can't change the management there. No sudden "improvements" allowed. :-) All you are doing is allowing it to continue on it's merry way while the others all fold up. I know it's kinda depressing to think of the others as gone, but this is a way to pay tribute to a track you really like....warts and all. It is not meant to be an opportunity to putdown any track that you don't happen to select. You can base your decision on whatever you want. It could be the fact that it is simply located the closest to you (I feel really sorry for those of you that only have one choice or no choice within 500 miles anyway). It could be that you like the racing surface best there. It could be that you like the payout structure there. It could be that they hold a national event there. It could be that you have a large group of friends you meet there. It could be that you've always made big profits there. Could be a combination of factors. Whatever you want to base your own decision on, doesn't much matter.
For the record, my own choice would be Brewer's Speedway in Sharpsburg, NC. It's only a 15 mile ride from home, which makes it possible for me to drive rather than trailer, and they offer a very low entry fee/low pressure bracket class for my wife and I to run in. I enjoy the opportunity to go there very much. :-) I don't know if I'd enjoy it so much if every other track within 500 miles were closed though. It'd get MIGHTY crowded. LOL. Take care.
