  • Just to clarify. F/S rules should be the same as...?

"...in order for factory street to work from this time forward, the nmca or the nsca is going to have to make their rules the same..."

Just trying to get a clarification here. No disagreement intended. How would you envision NSCA or NMCA making their rules "the same"? You mentioned NMCA's Factory Street class specifically. Are you suggesting, perhaps, an all new NSCA Factory Street class? An all new NMCA Traction Advantage class? Maybe make NSCA's BFG Traction Advantage class more like NMCA Factory Street by taking away the power adder? Make NMCA's Factory Street more like NSCA's BFG TA by allowing a power adder?

Are you suggesting that if you made it a power adder class, that the 8 cars or so regularly running NMCA F/S would all stay, and the two cars now running NSCA's BFG TA class would run NMCA's F/S as well? Maybe you are suggesting that if both classes were power adder classes, that it would encourage a brand new group to step up that isn't running with either sanction now? Because there would now be several places for them to run? Just wanna be sure what you are suggesting, before I even consider disagreeing. As it stands, I'm not sure where you see it leading. Heck, I might even agree, if I knew exactly what it was I was agreeing to. :-) Take care. Tom Worthington.
