if u touch a hidden shrine and it went in ur favour (ie upped TC by 10) then its PERMANENT

i for one has a TC on both of my mages (Arty AND Battle) with 21/21 dur each

also i can say for sure, arch angels helm doesnt exist

and there is no other unique helm in the game that gives +2 to spells
