It is its a mega drop dat. file ive seen it before where the monsters drop nothing but unique and magical items are droped it has happened in a public game I was in on reg diablo but I knew what it was so I never touched the stuff. The stuff is in legit form but hacked so that all the monsters drop them. Its a really unfair way to get the items so I would watch out for more. I will let you know if I ever come across that person. Destroy the items because it makes the game unfun completely there is no challenge then.
