Hack'n'Crack

I can find a crack for pretty much anything out there... just would rather get a "freeware/open source" prog'gie that did the same basic thing and not have to "crack" a commercial one. It's such a simplistic/basic function, I just cannot accept that someone would want money for such a trivial programming trick!!! Disgusting!

I could probably write one without much thought for DOS or linux, but windows and I never got along well!

On the other hand, something as complex and imaginative as a Diablo mod, I might consider stuffing a few bucks in an envelope and sending out... basic mods, nah, but something like this Abysmal mod sounds fantastic! (Plug plug, hint hint... yes, your fans and still anxiously anticipating any news on the subject... are you scanning this thread???)
