1. obs zod at level 23? i hope u got one of ur "high" chars to dump it to him..

2. only thing that need improvement is to hit%

3. as with all evals, pls imclude EVERY SINGLE STAT so those who are willing to help can help the most possible

4. u can wipe norm hell with no problems, and from there u should be able to find good items, awesome FPM of the suffix doesnt come as often until u can beat nm/hell

5. change the plate to Awesome/something and add a dragon to ur ring of zod and add a mammal suffix to ur shield, u pretty much have enough to walk through hell/hell like a walk in a park (actually, u can go straight for hell/hell at level 30 and u CAN finish it EASILY with ur current gear)
