I'm making a Mod for Diablo v1.08 and need help...

Ok... This is what I need help with.

I understand most of how to make the mod and what I want to do with it but the part thats giving me grief is the Unique Item Code.

Each unique item has a Unique Item Code wich determines what the item is based on.
Example: Stormshield's Unique Item Code is 53 (I think) wich determines that it is based on a shield rather than a sword.

What I need is a list of the Unique Item Code and witch base item they reffer to so that I can change a sword to a shield or a helm to a full plate and so on.
