Hi mates how are you? I've been trying to figure out a problem with the beginning of my mod making. I am having some difficulties with how to change skills of characters, and how to MAKE new skills. I tried the mod " Median 8 " and the skills are completely made up, BUT HOW DO THEY DO THAT?????
Anyways if anybody can answer me that would be great!
