Jyakku no Keshin DAN can use the powers of his STAND, the WALDO, to kidnap Ranma X's victims if he'd like. The WALDO enables me to stop time, as well as be implausably hard to find in large crowds.
Also, he can get lots of "you're weird" looks as he gets into contorted poses and laughs at absolutely nothing.
