It's pretty boring, lots of the characters act OOC (and not the Zor or PJ style of OOC, either - it's outright "she'd never do that. I think Belldandy hits Kasumi at one point over an old grudge.) and there's a whole slew of 'cooler than thou' characters who are trying to pretend they're not author avatars.
It has some good points, but on a whole, I didn't like it much.
That was the 19xx version, BTW. There's another part set in the time of the Crystal Millenium (which I think was written first), and I didn't like it either.
