Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions on daily workout routines. I do some, but I'm not sure if it's enough, especially now that I'm getting farther into the class. Any suggestions or examples would be helpful, and have a nice day!
p.s. I almost forgot, in the neutral bow stance, are both feet firmly planted on the floor? or can the back foot be raised in some situations for mobility? I have seen a few times when the heel of the back foot was raised, and I wasn't sure if it was a mistake or not. Thanks again,
