Response to Push-ups

I have found that doing push-ups at least three to four times per week (and sometimes twice or three times per day) have helped me. I am, of course, no expert, but I do what I can before and/or after my college classes. I have noticed a difference since the beginning of the year. Anyway, I hope you find the solution to your problem.
