I left the last post by the way. Sorry couldn't make it out to this one. I HATE missing these. But, I will see you all soon. Was a beautiful time at the Nationals! I'm so blessed to have times like that and the Kenpo family that I do. We've all kicked our training up here in Lafayette after that weekend!
