Hey, after you cure your powdercoated brackets in that $20 electric oven, heat up some za.

i can vouch for the Home Run Inn, but straight out of the box does it no justice compared to a pie from the restaurant. i start with a frozen disc and add on a bit of shredded Mozz, for whatever reason the fresh cheese really kicks it off and the restaurant flavor comes alive. HRI sausage has a distinct flavor for sure.

i do some of my best work on the cheapest frozen discs in the store, Roma Sausage @ 5/$10 is a good base to start with. Mushroom, Onion and minced Garlic is a standard. my wife likes the Hawaiian; Pineapple chunks, thick Ham or Bacon and Black Olives

Bell Pepper, Bacon, Broccoli, Giardiniera, Shrimp, Beef, BBQ sauce, leftover Ham, Chicken, Pork, Hamburgers, Bratwurst and Italian sausage are all fair game, crumble 'em up and cover with cheese... bake to perfection

* not all combinations are winners, ya gotta use some common sense

* larger chunk ingredients are better than fine chopped. too fine and the flavor gets lost and goes bland, large chunks retain their identity
