I'm just wondering how you can park jets on the carrier like you do for a jet setting in front of a hanger. I know for that you assign the drone action and put alt/spd to 0. (I'm thinking of different type on the carrier, such as an EA-6B, two F-14s, a few hornets, etc, at the same time doing nothing). If you place them all on top of the carrier, do they just assume parked positions, like in photos where they are all lined up at the side. It's just for looks.
Speaking of ships, how come Aegis ships are so bad at engaging aircraft, compared to the Slava-class or the one armed with SA-11s? I was engaged at a mere 20 nm by SM-2s (actual range is closer to 60), and when I turned to beam them, they lost lock before I finished beaming them. Was the game designed that way, or is it just my game?
