Well, Rudel's set wasn't a utility exactly, but the actual objects which could be added to the game, many of them replacing the ICEBERG Objects which are seldom used.
I have them somewhere....If I find them, I will post them on this site..with an update to the news. A lot of folks have been looking for them recently on the SIMHQ boards.
