Yes you understood right the first time, it was me that got confused. I thought the aircraft would be invisible until the flag, then they would go CAP. Actually if I understand you correctly now, they would be visible and active...only they would not respond to the specific 'action' until flagged.
Can you please explain again the advantage of using moving objects for my purpose as opposed to aircraft.
