Hey sorry Meade, just have been extremely busy for the past month, unable to respond to your posts (I did now, look for them from before).
Keep in mind, that I didn't actually create new files for F/A-18, I just modified the existing ones, which means you can replace the old ones with the new ones I sent you. Its straightforward (read the response to previous message). BTW, it is COMPATIBLE with all current patches and TSH v1 and 2. The original intent of my first project was to make the sim more realistic by giving airforce fighters a contemporary loadout of weapons to make them more effective (so F-15s carry 1990s-vintage AMRAAMs instead of the Vietnam-era Sparrow). However, if TSH decides to alter the values for the weapons in F/A-18, I think compatibility may become an issue.
And yes, if you request it (although in my opinion, not entirely realistic), its possible to have F-14s carry the AMRAAM
