If you really did have the Iraq Terrain, proper map labels, borders, etc, then you most likely DID WorldSwap correctly. In that case, I don't know what was going on since others havent reported these kinds of anomalies.
SOMETIMES installation gets a little screwed up and the NCAPE geography appears with the Persian Gulf borders etc.. In this case an IraqPaq reinstall is usually indicated.
