Keeping track of Campaign ordinance inventory...

In a Campaign I am trying to determine the following:

1: Does the unused ordinance that is brought back to rhe carrier at the end of the mission, get credited back to the ordenance inventory?

2: Does it make a difference toward the accuracy of ordinance inventory whether the host does the load out or the individual pilots do it?
