The answer to the 'SCUD TEL: Does it really damage?' qusetion.

Well, I finally did a little test with the SCUD TEL to see if the white line it shot up really "was" the SCUD. Well, I found that the SCUD can only hit stationary objects, and its strength is comparable to a Mk 84 bomb. I tried having it destroy an airfield control tower, but had no success in destroying it. It DID, however, leave a HUGE blast mark in the ground.
The range of the SCUD I haven't figured out. But, I know the SCUD has to be stopped. I'm guessing the range would be a max of 15nm, of course I might be wrong on this because I haven't tested it yet.
