In short, what's the story behind the song (if there is one)?

It is about a video that's been floating around the internet of a girl getting broadsided, and killed by a train. She and her b\f are getting ready to cross at tracks, and a train comes rocketing through. He stops just in time, but she doesn't. Very hard to watch. It's very easy to find, should morbid curosity get the better of you. It also gives the song context. Either way, the song's merely addressing where we draw the fine line between entertainment and just plain "other-people's-suffering."
