Your biggest problem is the title -- Cher sold a couple of gazillion copies of, and just won a Grammy for, a song with the same title -- believe me, you'll have to change it for it to get noticed, if that's your intention, no publisher or label's going to touch a song that could be confused with a mega-hit like that.
So. On to the business at hand. Unless you've got Christina Aguillera or one of the boy-band-du-jours in mind for this, it's just far too cliche, I'm afraid to say. So, at the risk of seeming my typically blunt self -- back to the drawing board on this one.
