I'm in agreement with the others on this one. I'd approach the Publicist myself. Rather than an Agent you may want to look for a good Song Plugger, with some connections. As Shayne said, you will need the Attorney before signing anything, and be very cautious. If you don't understand something don't be afraid to ask questions and get answers.
As Kathy said, a fan club would also be an excellent resource for trying to pitch your song on your own. Another resource, would be some media and or Newspaper attention. That is usually quite cost effective. Contact several of the Editors in your area, and refer them to Julia's site. You can then mail the Newspaper Articles to other Editors in other cities for additional attention. Several news paper clippings would surely catch the attention of Julia's Publicist.
