Some time in the forties and for a long time after that. I still remember most of the words. Not who sang it but think there were several. Maybe The Andrew Sisters were one. Or Rose Clooney maybe. That school anyway.
Maybe should be heard them and not it coming to keep the plural format.
Maybe should ask the question am I ever going to hear those words again.
Unless the gonna hear is a ultimatium statement.
If so, not sure threats work in an other wise begging to be loved song.
Think it works on a I tried real hard but you didn't respond so i am going thing but not on one that is hoping for a re-afirming of love.
