Hi Gaby, some great ideas here I like this
overall.
I dont know if you write your own music but this is pretty well lined up for accentuated rythmn.
If I was setting this to music I would first find a line in one of the verses, that I think
stands out, and set that to music, the line in this that hits me is.
"She's held hostage to how she feels"
in the key of c major the notes would be
E (JUMP OCTAVE to E F D G D E C
I would work the other lines to suit this line
The third syllable of the first verse line three
(a) would be the note of F falling on an
accented beat so it wants taking away from
that postition the other matching three lines
are o kay. That F note in my melody would be
the highest note in that line,
I wish I had a programme for writing the notes on
a musical scale.
You may work different to me but it is all food
for thought.
