I'd suggest making "Some" into "Someone"..sorta yearns for that Syllable & a tad more "Specific"-ness.
The Verb "To Lie" has been abused here (Maybe Intentionally)...but "As she lies there" would hit MY Ear Smooother... (Funny.."Ain't" doesn't bother me a bit, but "Lay-vs-Lie"'s like a Fingernail on a Blackboard fer Me---)
It's Good, Coarse FUN, and every Relationship Needs Its Share. You've certainly "Captured" the Frustration here well!
