Seems the laws alover are about as efectual as each other.
We now have legal hemp crops on licienced farms in some states but only for the low HCT or whatever the bending agent is called.
And no doubt quite a fer public servants paid to check that only the no blow variety is graow.
have also seen the cancer suffers fined for using it. And yes it was a granny.
My one gripe with this Danny stems from my own experience.I don't often have a joint because I find it effects me worse than the grog in that i can't control how bad i get wasted and that ain't good wjhen everywher i go i drive.
Last time I had a few pufs was at a jam when asked if I had ever played bent and i said no.
So out came the makins and I had a few puffs.
Went on an played harp and although it was all a bit hazy to me,feedback was I did well.
I sure had fun and am not real sure where some of my riffs came from.
I haven't been able to emulate them since either.
Driving home was a nightmare.
Now i know I only had four puffs because i counted them trying to stay a bit straight.
I honestly didn't know where i was a couple of times and had to pull up an re-orientate myself.
This is the third (and I swear the last)time I have driven bent and each time I had trouble assessing distance and time so to my mind, that does not constitute a safe driving environment
Now this would never happen to me drinking as I count my drinks and know my safe limits.
So. The point of all this is. I don't buy the he drank/they smoked and he got killed bit.
I find grass way more lethal to drive on than grog anytime with resosable use of either.
That said. I do believe we should all be allowed to have a bush or two in the back yard/ window box/ whatever.
That way the drug blokes could actually spend more time chasing the real bad stuff.
I don't see why it should be made into an industry at all.
