The money cost at the bottom of this is in reference to the cost thats goes into a well produced radio quality master for an artist, not demo's. Demo's with just a guitar or piano can be enough to sell a song and get it recorded. Sorry I didn't make this point clearer. Another point I should mention is that when you get a cut and get a big hit out of it, cost is not an option anymore because you've got the clout and the money to back it up. i know a guy that got a cut on Garth Brooks alum friends in low places record, it never got on radio, and I doubt if Garth ever sings it at a concert, but mt point being, his song was on the album and too date my friend has made over 2,000,000 dollars from that song and nobody ever heard of it! So now I say what is $6500 for a demo?
