Wow...what can I say? Thanks for the advice and information regarding zMAX. I was going to purchase this product today at Pet Boys and after running another search this site came up.
Did you know zMAX was publicaly traded under the ticker ZMAX? Check it out at Yahoo (traded as high as $20.00) It sure was but not anymore. These people that take this BS to the max deserves jail time and fines if charged with fraud. What gets me is this:

A.J. Foyt, Racing Hall of Fame Legend
A.J. Foyt used zMAX™ in his 1998 Indy Racing League Championship car. Foyt knows racing. As the only driver to win at Le Mans, the Indy 500 and the Daytona 500, no one knows the benefits of zMAX™ better than Foyt. About his 1998 season Foyt said, "zMAX ™ made the difference. I'm going to use it for the rest of my life."

Well I will tell you either he is in on it, paid off, a fool or all of the above.
I'm interested in finding out how the court case turns out. Amen for sites like this.

Guilty until proven innocent?

Most of the reports I've read from people suggest that the product improves their engine performance and doesn't cause any harm, although the complaints are about it not meeting it's claims. That doesn't make it a bad product.

I'll wait for the results of the suit before I pass judgement, thanks.
