Cass isn't afraid of anything, unfortunately. He does have a lot of trouble with some transitions but I don't think of this as stemming from fear. I think it's a combination of control (no problem with a change if it's his idea) and focus. Dh is awful about transitioning and it's because he needs the time to make a mental transition. He gets very involved with whatever he's doing.
I don't know where transitions should fall in these traits, but from the other responses I think it shouldn't be here.
