This sounds exactly like my son. He hears things and sees things noone else would from the start.
He too walks into and over things just because. I wish I could make him understand that this isn't the way we should enter a room or try to make a new friend. It doesn't help that at age 4 his weighs 47 lbs. and is 46 inches tall. He looks 5 or 6. People think he's a bully
