Barbara, I had the same problem with the ones I ordered, until they completely died. My husband is still laughing, too.

However, this property had an existing medium-sized one, and it is a LARGE one 4 years later. I live in zone 6b and have clay soil. They seem to grow wild here. Maybe I need to go dig a wild one.
