The rooted cutting from a weeping pussy willow will have the weeping habit, but I don't think the stem will ever be rigid enough to support that heavy and fast growing head. It would probably have to be staked forever.

I've done it and that's what I learned, but I never kept one around long enough to see how they would be after a number of years.
