The only advice I can give is to just leave the plant alone. Sometimes when you over care for a plant it grows so well that it just doesn't slow down enough to bloom.

Flowering plants know how to flower without any help from us. It's what they do. As long as it's getting enough sun, just give it some time and I'm betting that it will one day surprise you.
